How to Run End of Day

Note: Before running end of day please clock out and check out all team members, check out the store till, and complete inventory.

1. Go to Back Office -> Management

2. Login with your credentials

3. Click on Daily -> End of Day process

4. Two pop ups will come up that you select Yes to

5. Select Next at Welcome to the End of Day Wizard to start the EoD Process

6. Make sure all Apps in Pulse have been terminated by selecting the "App Termination button then select Next. You will not be able to select Next until all apps are terminated.

7. This step makes sure all credit cards have been settled and if all of them have select next. If you have a messaged at this step that says, "To many days of unsettled credit cards" you will not be able to complete EoD. Submit a Zenput form to IT and they will get EoD ran the next morning.

8. This step makes sure all orders have been completed. If all orders have not been completed select the Complete Orders button to complete them then select Next.

9. This step makes sure all TM's and the store till have been checked out. When everyone has been checked out select Next. If you are unable to check out a TM because a credit card order will not let you input the paid amount, you will not be able to complete EoD. Submit a Zenput form to IT and they will get EoD ran the next morning.

10. This step makes sure the inventory have been counted and inputted. After it has select Next.

11. This next step makes sure that all credit card transactions are balanced, if they are not select the Transactions button to balance them then select Next.

12. This step is the same as step 11 just with all points transactions.

13. This step makes sure all senior TM's have been checked out. Select thee Auto Checkout button if they haven't then select Next.

14. This step prints out all reports listed. Select All Reports and it will print out one copy of each report listed.

15. This is how it looks after All Reports has been selected and printed out, select Next.

16. Select Complete End of Day

17. Select Yes when it asks, "This process cannot be undone! Are you sure?

18. End of Day will finish running and once its done select Finish. If you get any error that will not let you finish EoD here, submit a Zenput form and IT will get EoD ran in the morning.

19. End of Day has been ran.
