Troubleshooting no OLO Makeline Sound
When OLO alerts aren't working for your makeline:
.) Make Sure the Volumes on the make line screens are turned up and that no one muted the TVs. Check all three TVs.
.) If the TV volume is working properly, then the next step will require a keyboard for the make line computer. If there isn't one already connected then you'll have to retrieve one from the office area.
.) After connecting a keyboard, try pressing Windows key + F10 simultaneously (See picture below). If this worked you won't know until you get your next online order, so pay attention to confirm the problem still exists or doesn't exist. If the issue is still occurring then proceed to the next step.
.) If you're still experiencing the issue then the flex client volume control will have to be checked to confirm it is not muted.
.) To check the Flex client volume control make sure to have the keyboard for the make line on hand, then turn off the make line Flex client. Once completely turned off, turn it back on and when the Chrome loading screen appears push Ctrl + Alt + S buttons at the same time.
.) This will open the Chrome OS screen, use the mouse to click on the time icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, this will bring up the volume control for the flex client.
.) If the speaker icon has a line through it then the sound is muted, use the mouse and click on the speaker icon and this will turn the sound back on.
.) After that is done select the shutdown option in the bottom left of the screen and this will shut off the Flex client, turn it back on using the power button on the Flex client and the volume will be turned back on again.
.) If you've completed all of these steps and the issue is still occurring, then you will have to call the emergency IT help line.
