Mouse Trouble Shooting Steps

1. Click the mouse a few times and see if the cursor appears on the screen.

2. Check to make sure the mouse is turned on.

3. Change out the battery or batteries for new ones to ensure this is not the issue.

4. Check that the wireless dongle for the mouse is securely placed in a USB port for the appropriate computer you are using.

5. If the wireless dongle is secure in the USB port then change to another USB port on the computer.

6. If none of this works then submit a Zenput form and an IT Tech will contact your store as soon as they are able.
