How to Remote into Stores Pulse System
(Note: Anyconnect must be installed on your pc and you need to have the RDP files)
1. Open up Cisco AnyConnect if it is not open
2. Login and connect to your Cisco Anyconnect VPN using your VPN credentials provided by GLS.
If this is a first time log in to a store's Pulse please proceed to step 3 however if it is not then proceed to step 9
3. Right click on the RDP for the store you want to connect to and click on Edit:
4.Under "User name:" input "user" for all stores that are Windows Server 2008 and input "localstore" for all stores that are Windows Server 2012. Also make sure the "Allow me to save credentials" box is checked and then click on (Windows Sever 2012 stores are 5416, 6709, 6716, 6800, 8039, 8065, and 8069. All other stores are Windows Server 2008)
5. You will now get the prompt below. Check the "Don't ask me again for connections to this comptuer" box and click Connect
6. You will then receive the next prompt which is below. Check the "Don't ask me again for connections to this computer" box again and then click Yes.
7. It will now ask you for a password for the Pulse login. Enter the password then click OK. The password will always be PULSE (Note: The password is case sensitive so make sure you use all capital letters)
8. It will now log you into the store's Pulse system
9. Open up the RDP file of the store you want to connect to by double clicking it
10. It will auto log you into the store's pulse system if you has set up the auto login using steps 3-7 in this document.
NOTE: The following are screens that show in pulse if you have not saved the login credentials in the RDP along with the username and passwords that are attributed to each sever version.
Windows Server 2008

Windows Sever 2012
username: PULSEBOS####\localstore
password: PULSE
