Clock In Issues Troubleshooting
Whenever you go to clock in Time Clock and the clock in button is grayed out then you will not be able to clock in. In order to figure out why you cannot clock in here are the steps.
1. Clock in is grayed out so you can't clock in:2. Click on the Statistics button:
3. When you are viewing the statistics it will show several things in the list. If any of them are Red or Purple that it the reason you are unable to clock in. In order to get this fixed you need to send an unlock form from zenput to have HR unlock you.
