Credit Cards Timing Out

1. Check to see if Pulse is connected to the internet by going to Links -> Hotlinks:

2. An Internet Explorer page should pop up with the Hotlinks. If this loads correctly like the picture below please follow step 3. If it does not load please follow from step 5 by clicking here

3. Click on Utilities -> IIS Reset. A black box should appear and dissapear pretty fast. Click on IIS reset an additional 2 times for safe measure.

4. Wait about 10 minutes to process another CC. If you are still getting a timed out message after doing the IIS reset. Please call the IT Emergency HELP line by dialing HELP from any store phone or by calling (210) 504-1251 from any non-store phone.
