How to Download or Listen to a Phone Recording

1. Open up a web browser and type in https://dominos-****.sutuscentral.com/start into the url field then press Enter on the keyboard. (**** is the store number). To download a program to make it easier to connect to the stores, click here.

2. A privacy error will pop up. Click on Advanced

3. More text will appear below. Click on Proceed to dominos-****.sutuscentral.com (unsafe)

4. Click on Start Business Central Manager

5.  If the following screen appears, click on Download and install Flash Player from Adobe's web site. If not, continue to step 9.

6. The pop up below should appear. Click on Allow

7. Now delete everything that is after .../start/, then press Enter on the keyboard.

8. Click on Start Business Central Manager again

9. The credentials should be the same as the shared PWR login for the DM's. Click on Log On or press Enter on the keyboard after the credentials have been entered.

10. Once logged in, click on Reception from the Left Column

11. On the top tabs click on Call Recordings

12. Select the date range to search. (Only the last 30 days are available)

13. If a specific phone number is to be searched, check the box for Show only recordings with caller number containing, then enter the phone number in the box.

14. Press Refresh Recordings to search

15. Select the recording from the list and click Play

16. After clicking play, the recording will start loading. While it is loading the recording will start to play automatically. 

17. Once the blue bar is full, the recording can be saved locally by clicking the Save Now button. 18. Click on OK to enter a filename

19. Select the folder to save to, then click Save.
