How To Log In to Adobe Captivate

We have added the login page to your desktop on your email computer.

Please look for the star icon that says “ New Adobe Captivate” it will take you directly to captivateprime.adobe.com/TeamMurph

When you clicked the link, it will take you to the Team Murph landing page. Where the user will be prompted to log in.

Sign on Page

User ID - should be the email the Team Member has listed in PULSE.

Password - would be what the TM set for their Adobe ID or they can reset it by clicking the forgot password link. This will send them a reset email to their personal email. We cannot reset their password. 

If the User Does Not have an Adobe ID -they will need to create one, and it will have a register link below the login.  Make sure you create an account with the same email listed in PULSE. 

Reminder: All Team Member Training should be completed at the store while Team Member is on the clock. 

There is an App. Team Members can use their own device as long as the training is done while on the clock.
