Add/Remove a TM From the Loomis Safe

Use The Following Steps To Add Or Remove TM's To Or From The Loomis Safe:

  1. Press the Log In tab.

  2. Input your password into the pin pad

  3. Press the Accounts tab.

  4. Choose either Manager or Clerks tab depending on the TM you are adding or deleting

  5. Select either the Add or Remove tab based on your desired action.

When You Press Remove

  1. A screen with a list of team members that are in the safe will come up.  Select the TM you would like to remove. For this tutorial we will use Jessica.

  2. On the confirmation page select YES.

  3. The screen returns to the add or remove TM Screen.  Click Done.

When you Press Add

  1. A numeric pin pad screen opens.  Type in the TM's desired pin code.  (Do not use TM's login ID or last 4 of SS #.  Make up a unique login ID#) 

  2. It will be required to input it a second time to confirm the pin.

  3. Then using the next screen input the TM's name and select Done.

  4. This screen comes up and click done.
