Menu Board Troubleshooting
- Make sure the TV or TV's are turned on.
- If a TV does not turn on please check and make sure that the power cable is plugged in securely.
- If the power cable is secure at the TV please check the breaker panel to make sure no circuit is tripped.
- If a TV does not turn on please submit a Zenput form.
- If the TV is confirmed turned on, check the HDMI input on the TV's and confirm that they are plugged into HDMI 1.
- Use the correct remote for the TV to confirm that the input on the TV is on HDMI 1.
- After the previous steps are completed and the picture is still not showing restart the Flex client on the back of the menu board by holding down the power button until the light shuts off.
- Turn the flex client back on and confirm if both the TV's show the menu boards.
- If the picture does not come back on please submit a Zenput form.
