Swapping to Dispatch from Delivery Dashboard

Toggle on Dispatch from Delivery Dashboard from OSIM

  1. Go to tool.dominos.com/sim and login
  2. Under the store, edit the Operations tab 
  3. Click on the Dispatching on Delivery Dashboard toggle and click save:

Swapping the Dispatch Station to full Delivery Dashboard:

  1. Click on the bottom right corner of the screen multiple times or click on the blue tab with the down arrow on the top middle of the Pulse Toolbar side of the screen and click on Diagnose:
  2. In the configuration screen you will need to change the 1st experience from Pulse Toolbar to Delivery Dashboard and delete the second experience.
  3. Click Save and then Reboot

Changing which printer Delivery Dashboard prints to

  1. Open up Back Office > Master Settings and use your credentials to login
  2. Click Store then Station Settings:
  3. In the station drop down menu select PULSEBOSXXXX with XXXX being the store number. Then in the drop down menu for the receipt printer select the dispatch printer. (Normally this will be Receipt 3 if there are 2 printers on the front counter and Receipt 2 if there is only 1 printer on the front counter)

After all these steps have been taken the store should be able to properly dispatch from Delivery Dashboard.
