Rebooting Different Types of Credit Card Readers (EMV Readers) and Encrypted Pin Pads (EPPs)
ISC Touch 250

To reset an ISC Touch 250 you'll need to hold down the clear and minus buttons together for a few seconds, which I have outlined in red in the picture above. If done correctly then you'll hear a beep and the screen will change from the usual dominos images. The card reader may take a few minutes to reboot and then you can test from there.
Lane 5000

To reset a Lane 5000 you'll need to hold down the Yellow Button and the pound sign together for a few seconds, which I have outlined in red in the picture above. If done correctly then you'll hear a beep and the screen will change from the usual dominos images. The card reader may take a few minutes to reboot and then you can test from there.
Lane 3600

To reset a Lane 3600 you'll need to hold down the Yellow Button and the pound sign together for a few seconds, which I have outlined in red in the picture above. If done correctly then you'll hear a beep and the screen will change from the usual dominos images. The card reader may take a few minutes to reboot and then you can test from there.
Resetting Encrypted Pin Pads (EPPs)
Lane 3000 Wired EPP

To reset a Lane 3000 you'll need to hold down the Yellow Button and the pound sign together for a few seconds, which I have outlined in red in the picture above. If done correctly then you'll hear a beep and the screen will change from the usual dominos images. The card reader may take a few minutes to reboot and then you can test from there.
Link 2500 Wireless EPP

To reset a Link 2500 you'll need to hold down the yellow button and the pound sign together for a few seconds, which is outlined in red in the picture above. If done correctly then you'll hear a beep and the screen will change from the usual dominos image and display a message that says "Powering off". You'll then need to boot the EPP back up by holding down the green button for a few seconds until the screen powers on, which is outlined in blue in the picture above. The card reader may take a few minutes to reboot and then you can test from there as soon as you see the dominos logo.
