This guide walks General Managers (GMs) and District Managers (DMs) through changing a password in Dominoโs Pulse.

Steps for District Managers (DMs) โ Remote Access
- Sign in to your Team Murph company-issued laptop
- Log in to Windows with your credentials.

- Open Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
- Launch Cisco AnyConnect.
- The VPN address and your username will autofill.
- In the password field, enter your GLS password immediately followed by the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator (no spaces). Example:
GLSPassword123456
- Click Connect.

- Verify your connection
- After connecting, the AnyConnect icon shows a locked padlock in the system tray.
- The app should auto-minimize; if not, minimize it manually.
- Open the RDP folder on your desktop
- Open the RDP folder on your desktop.
- Each RDP file is named with the store number (e.g.,
#1234.rdp
). - Double-click the correct storeโs RDP file.

- Connect to the remote store computer
- Remote Desktop usually signs you in with saved credentials from the RDP file.
- If prompted, enter your GLS credentials and (if allowed) select Remember me.
- Approve standard certificate warnings.

- Verify you are connected to the correct store
- Open Pulse on the remote desktop.
- On the Home Screen, look at the blue bar near the bottom of the Service Leaderboard.
- Next to "Your Store", confirm the store number is correct. If not, log off and reconnect using the correct RDP file.

Steps for General Managers (GMs) โ In-Store
GMs are already in-store and logged into Pulse.

Steps for GMs and DMs (In-Store)
- Open the Back Office menu
- From the Pulse Toolbar Menu, click Back Office.
- In the submenu, select Management.

- Log in to the Management app
- When the login window appears, enter your Pulse credentials and click OK (or press Enter).

- Open the Team Members window
- In the Management app, click Team Members on the top menu bar.
- A window opens showing Active Team Members.

- Locate the Team Member
- Find and highlight/select the Team Member (TM) who needs a password reset.
- Tip: Click the Name column to sort; click again for descending order.

- Access the Password tab
- Click the Password tab.
- Highlight all stars in the Password field and delete them so the field is blank.
- Enter the new password following the rules (displayed to the right of the User ID and Password fields):
- Minimum: 5 characters
- Maximum: 25 characters
- At least 1 alpha and 1 numeric character
- Special characters optional
- Not case sensitive

- Save the new password
- Click the Save (diskette) icon at the top.
- Expected: The window will switch to another tab automatically and the diskette icon grays out after saving.

- (DMs Only โ Remote Access) Log off to end your remote session
- Only when using a Team Murph laptop to connect remotely (not required for GMs or in-store terminals).
- Close the Team Members window, then close the Management App.
- On the Pulse Toolbar, click Utilities โ Log Off.
- This runs the proper disconnect and closes your RDP session.
โ ๏ธ Important:
Always use Log Off. Do not click the "X" on the RDP ribbon (it leaves the session active and can cause EOD issues).
