How To Setup Voicemail for Main Office Phones

  1. Pick up the handset or press the speakerphone button and then press * (star) to access the voicemail main menu.
  2. Enter password (unless changed, should be your extension number).
  3. Refer to Table 1
  4. For Option 1 or 2, refer to Table 2 for submenu options

1 Listen to new voicemails
2 Listen to old voicemails
3 Record voicemailbox name
4 Greetings Menu
1 - Voicemail Greeting  2 - Auto Attendant Greeting  3 - Queue Menu
5 Password Options
0 Replay menu options

Option Description
# Skip to the next message
1 Rewind
2 Pause or Resume
3 Fast Forward
4 Skip to the previous message
5 Listen to message information (date, time, and other information)
6 Forward the message to another extension
7 Delete the message
8 Reply to the message
* Return to the previous menu (VM Main Menu)
