Credit Card Will Not Reconcile on TM Checkout Screen
If a team member is checked out (button is pressed in checkout screen) and then the TM takes another credit card payment BEFORE clocking out, you will be unable to edit the total for that payment AND unable to checkout the TM again. This will also cause EOD to not run.
To avoid this happening, NEVER press the checkout button BEFORE the TM clocks out.
If this does happen, the only solution is to call Global Care and have them manually enter the credit card total. You will need to call the emergency HELP line and have the IT department open a ticket with Global Care.
