How To Transfer a Call to Another Store

  1. While in the call, press the soft key directly below the word "Trnsfr" or "Transfer" on the display. Once you press this button and until you press it again in step 3, the customer will be on Park (hold).
  2. If the store number that you are transferring to starts with a 5 or 6, dial the store number.
    1. If the store number that you are transferring to starts with a 1, 8, or 9, replace the first digit with a 6 and dial that number. For example, you would dial 6420 for store 1420, 6063 for store 8063, and 6293 for store 9293.
  3. You may remain on the phone until the destination store answers or you may press the soft key directly below the word "Trnsfr" or "Transfer" on the display. Pressing this button will immediately connect the customer to the destination store and end the call with the transferring store.

*The destination store will show the transferring store's phone number on the caller ID for transferred calls.
