How To Calibrate A Touchscreen

Determine which model client you have:

5545

Has no vent holes on the side of the client and has a white background on the screen:

5565

Has vent holes on the side of the client and has a dark background on the screen: 

For Both

1. Click Control Panel on the bottom left of the screen.

2. Double Click Touch Screen.

3. Click Calibrate.

4. Touch the calibration marks on the screen.

5. Test the calibration.

If you are on the 5545 and the calibration is unsuccessful:

6. Click Shutdown on the bottom left of the screen.

7. In the pop up window, change Shutdown to Restart Desktop and then press OK.

8. Restart at step 1. If it is unsuccessful 3 times, email IT@teammurph.net and let us know.
