Driver Mileage Issues

If you are having issues with driver mileage showing up on a TM's checkout screen, make sure to check the following options:

  • Mileage #1 is selected under the Manager button in the TM checkout screen:

  • Personal is selected under the Manager button in the TM checkout screen:

  • Beginning and Ending mileages are entered on the Driver Reimbursement tab, and the regular mileage matches on mileage total on the Shift Reconciliation tab:

If you still do not see the mileage on the Shift Reconciliation tab, call the emergency HELP line. HELP (4357) from any store phone or 210-504-1251 from any phone.
