Cut Table Tech (CTT) Troubleshooting
My monitor froze, shows a white screen, or only displays a Domino's Logo.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Flex Client from power. Alternatively, you can use a mouse to "left click" the bottom right corner of the screen 5 times in succession, then scroll down to find and click the reboot button. If the issue continues, contact the emergency HELP line to troubleshoot.
I am not able to clear items from the CTT screen.
- Use a mouse to click anywhere on the CTT screen to make sure the application is active, then try clearing again. If the item still does not clear, check your wired bump bar connections.
- If this continues, try to refresh your screen by accessing the CTT menu and selecting Refresh Screen. Then try to clearing again.
- If the issue continues, contact the emergency HELP line to troubleshoot.
My receipts are not printing at the Cut Table.
- Press Reprint Receipt on the bump bar to print the receipt for the most recently cleared order.
- You can also press History, select the order/item, then press Clear Item to print a receipt from another order.
- Ensure your printer is connected, powered on, and has receipt paper.

Orders or some items from the makeline are not appearing on my CTT screen.
- You can try recalling and bumping the item from the makeline screen again and/or reboot your CTT system.
- If this continues, try to refresh your screen by accessing the CTT menu and selecting Refresh Screen.
- If this continues report this issue to the IT department by using Corrigo to create a ticket with specific order numbers noted along with details for which item(s) did not appear on the CTT screen.
